What To Expect During Healing

Cycle 1: Brows will darken in the next few days.

Cycle 2: Brows will begin to crack and scab.

Cycle 3: Brows will appear light and patchy.

Cycle 4: The color will then begin to settle and come back.

Cycle 5: Healed Results will be slightly lighter than the color after the procedure.

Cycle 6: Touchup 4-6 weeks after initial procedure to perfect brows.

Color
  • The depth of the color will be considerably darker than you may expect, but don’t panic as it is completely normal.

  • Over the next 7-10 days, the color will fade and it can take up to 4-6 weeks for the true color to show through.

  • Don’t be alarmed if the color seems to disappear during the healing process as this is temporary.

Symptoms
  • You may experience certain symptoms post procedure in the brow area that are completely normal such as: Flaking, tenderness, dryness, itching, swelling and redness.

Touch-Up
  • All permanent make-up procedures are a two-step process.

  • A touch-up is always needed for a complete and desired look. Brows will hardly be perfect after one session. Book your touch up to be at least 4 weeks after your first session.

  • Unusual, but some cases may require more than one touch up session to achieve the desired result.

*Although rare, signs and symptoms of infection include but are not limited to: redness, swelling, tenderness at the procedure site, red streaks going from the procedure site towards the heart, elevated body temperature, or purulent drainage from the procedure site.
